Some performers use internet-connected toys (such as Lovense devices) that viewers can control by sending tips. The higher the tip, the stronger the vibration. Look for the "Interactive Toy" tag on a model's card.

Credits are the virtual currency used on CamLive. You purchase credits with real money and use them to tip performers, enter private shows, send virtual gifts, and unlock premium content. 1 credit = £0.08 (pricing may vary by region).

Charges appear under a discreet billing descriptor that does not mention adult content. The exact descriptor is shown during checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been spent. Contact our support team with your order reference. Credits used in shows or as tips are non-refundable.

Your current credit balance is displayed in the top navigation bar when you are logged in. Click on it to view your full transaction history and purchase more credits.

Performers can see your username and your activity in their room (messages, tips, gifts). They cannot see your real name, email address, or payment information. You can also use our anonymous browsing feature available on your account settings page.

On any model's profile page, click the three-dot menu and select "Block". Blocked users will not be able to contact you and their content will be hidden. You can manage your block list in Account Settings → Privacy.

Use the report button (flag icon) available on every performer's stream and profile page. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. You can also email our trust & safety team directly via the Contact page.

Yes. All performers on CamLive are required to submit valid government-issued ID confirming they are 18 years of age or older before being approved. We maintain 18 U.S.C. § 2257 compliant records for all content.

Video quality depends on your internet connection speed and the performer's upload speed. We recommend a minimum of 5 Mbps for HD streams. Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or switching to a wired connection for the best experience.

When you join a Video Call show, your browser will ask permission to access your camera and microphone. Click "Allow". If you accidentally denied permission, go to your browser settings → Site Permissions → Camera and reset the permission for our site.

First check that your system volume is not muted. Then check the volume control within the video player. If the issue persists, try a different browser or clear your browser's cache and cookies. Ensure no other application is exclusively using your audio device.
